Canadian+Handmade is dedicated to supporting the handmade industry within Canada. Artisans currently living, working and selling within the Canadian marketplace are eligible to be featured (Canadian citizenship not required, but you do need to live here!).

We look for unique products and artwork that you have put your own spin on, and reserve the right to limit certain categories of work to allow for a wide variety of showcased artwork.

The importance of excellent quality photos of your work cannot be overstated – if your photos don’t show off your work to it’s best advantage, it doesn’t really matter what we write. Great lighting, creative staging and crisp focus are key to making your work stand out.

We do not ask for samples or give-away product prior to reviewing your work – if you would like to provide something for our readers, we will gladly include it as a prize in one of our reader contests or in the post itself. Discount codes are also welcome if you are so inclined, but are not required.
